New Ulm, MN 5/10/2017 – Alex Resner is the newest Field Engineer at Thriveon, a Managed IT Services Company headquartered in New Ulm, MN. Alex is a Mankato resident and summa cum laude graduate of Rasmussen College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management.
Alex’s role at Thriveon provides him with a technical work environment that feeds his natural aptitude for critical thinking and troubleshooting. Much of his work time is spent at client locations where his well-honed interpersonal skills make him a welcomed ambassador for the company, as well as an effective technical problem solver.
“I enjoy every day on the job and am stimulated by the opportunity to work with a variety of people and technologies,” said Alex. “Presenting viable solutions and recommendations face to face with clients gives me a sense of accomplishment.”
Alex doesn’t take 100% credit for his success, however. “When I go on site, I have the combined expertise of the whole Thriveon team behind me,” he says. “I never feel like I’m limited on resources.”
