Hi, I'm Jesse. I work the Design Desk here at Thriveon and I was asked to talk about what stood out to me as being different here at Thriveon than other places than I've maybe worked in the past. To me, I look at two different things - the professional and the personal side of the job.

Professionally here, everyone wants you to succeed and they give you the tools to do so. There's a lot of opportunities and new things popping up every day. I often joke that your next position here probably doesn't even exist yet. But that's not really what brings you back to work every day. To me, that's more the personal side, the culture, the attitude -- and it's really going on here at Thriveon, I tell you,

Family first is one of our core values, and that really comes down to more than just being able to get time off work, or being able to work from home. It's the little things like the annual Christmas party being at a big family fun center so you can drag the kids along and make it a family affair; the annual employee day out at the lake where we can all get together; and then the frequent potlucks that seem to happen every other day here. We're family here, too, and that really means a lot to me.
