Thriveon is on Minnesota’s 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2017 list by Minnesota Business Magazine. This award recognizes Minnesota's top companies as determined by the employees' attitudes toward the work environment, benefits and overall happiness at work. Minnesota-based staff at each nominated company voluntarily complete an online questionnaire that collects anonymous responses, uncovering the employees' feelings about their satisfaction with their employer.
This is the third time and second consecutive year that Thriveon has earned a place on this list. Thriveon Controller and HR Manager Missy Meidl thinks that people like working at Thriveon because the company values employee input and nurtures individual professional development.
“We are very intentional about getting everyone involved, making sure that they have a voice here,” said Missy. “I think we do a good job of using people’s talents and helping them find ways to grow.”
Thriveon CEO and founder Sam Bloedow views the award as a reflection of the values that are a key contributor to the company’s success.
“We have a really good team here, who care deeply about helping people,” he says. “Their passion for each other and our clients helps us create a technology experience that our clients are ecstatic about. This is a stark contrast from the stereotypical IT grind and IT frustration experienced by IT employees and users elsewhere.”
