Including the Tech Trend Businesses Can't Ignore
Thriveon CEO and founder Sam Blowdoe recently met up with Jonathan Zierdt, CEO and President of Mankato's Chamber of Commerce, Greater Mankato Growth, on the set of GMG's "The Business Beat." GMG uses this monthly video to highlight member businesses and answer questions that, for Sam, included advice to members and community businesses on what is trending in the world of business technology.
Sam's message to businesses in answer to that question was that because technology changes so quickly, what may have worked in the past will not necessarily work in the future. This is especially true for IT security. More and more businesses are finding themselves the victims of attacks because they do not think they are vulnerable and are not prepared to thwart the kinds of attacks that are making small and medium-sized businesses easy prey.
